the wallpaper of the king’s speech therapist.

January 31, 2011

i‘m pretty excited because tonight i get to go see colin firth give an award to geoffrey rush for his work in the king’s speech at the santa barbara film festival.

if you know me at all, you know that i am a big fan of colin firth (ahem, mr. darcy), but what’s more than that, i was a fan of the film.

and what’s even more than that, a huge fan of the sets and costumes… especially the faded, peeling wallpaper in geoffrey rush’s office.  there was just something about all the colors and texture that was so beautiful… it would make a pretty fabric if i’m being honest.

you can read about the sets here.
