minds matter

November 24, 2009

so last year i was involved in a program called minds matter, a mentoring program to help incredibly talented high students from low-income families get into college.

my mentee, claudia (ahem, best mentee ever) had the chance to go to berkeley for a summer program, and had an amazing time.  sadly, i can’t be there this year to help her get prepared for the SATs and apply to colleges, but i know that she’ll have no problem!

this is something i highly recommend to anyone, i know i had so much fun!
