oven-less french cooking

i don’t have an oven.
most of my friends in paris also don’t have an oven (it should make for a pretty interesting thanksgiving).
which is precisely the reason why i am asking people to send me recipes for things to make without an oven.
in other words, i need julia child’s abbreviated side project: mastering the art of oven-less french cooking.
oh- no blender or food processor either.
although, i do have three different ways to make coffee.

We’ve just started a blog on oven-less cooking and everything that comes with it. If you check in on it frequently you’ll start to see some recipes popping up, and ideas for good meals as we move into the fall.
